Our Self-Defense for women is focused on teaching effective and practical techniques that can be learned relatively quickly. These sessions are focused on establishing a good foundation in your training without focusing on the history and traditions of a specific art. Self-Defense sessions commonly focus on the basics of personal defense: striking, gripping, and throwing.
